Vera House is an essential service. We are still serving individuals and families who are impacted by abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation. We are answering calls on our 24-hour support line (315-468-3260) and providing emergency shelter. We are connecting with people on our new Web Chat service when someone needs to reach out for help without having the privacy to speak. We are providing advocacy and therapy services remotely via phone and video conferencing and responding to sexual assault victims at the hospital via phone. We are committed to being here for victims and survivors during this uncertain time.
