IDI – You should have received an invitation to complete the IDI. Please do so as soon as possible. Once you have completed the IDI, you will be invited to meet with a Qualified Administrator, Sarah Fitzgerald, to review the results. Sarah will be e-mailing you from msfitzmarty@gmail.com.
